Radoslava Maslarska
Chairperson of the Board of Directors
Her career in the financial sector began at ELANA in 2001 when she joined the team initially as a technical employee and later as a dealer in the International Financial Markets department. In 2004, she was promoted to head of the department. In 2006, Maslarska assumed the position of procurist at the investment intermediary ELANA Trading. From May 2007 to November 2010, she served as its CEO and subsequently became Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Radoslava Maslarska graduated in "Finance and Banking" from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She holds an investment consultant license from the Financial Supervision Commission, and since 2022, she has also been certified in sustainable investing from Harvard Business School. She is also a board member of ELANA Financial Holding.
Since 2017, she has been Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Intermediaries (BALIP). In 2020, she joined the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, where she became one of the founders of the Green Finance & Energy Centre initiative. Radoslava Maslarska is also a member of the Management Board of the Investor Compensation Fund and participates in the Users Committee of Central Depository AD. She serves on the Conciliation Commission of the Consumer Protection Commission and is a member of the Executive Board of the "Women's Forum" association.
Maslarska is involved in the examination committee for brokers and investment consultants at the Financial Supervision Commission and is active in the Bulgarian Dealers' Association.
