In January 2010, ELANA Trading launched a partnership with the leading European bank Saxo Bank to offer online trading on international financial markets.

In April, following a decision by the Slovenian KD Group to cease operations of its investment intermediary in Bulgaria, KD Securities entered into an agreement with ELANA Trading to recommend them as the intermediary for transferring their clients.

Elana Trading ranked in the top 3, securing second place as an investment intermediary contributing to investment banking for the year, tied with Benchmark Finance. Additionally, they achieved third place in the category of investment intermediary with the highest number of transactions during the year. In total, ELANA Trading executed 75,192 transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) in 2007.

ELANA Trading was the lead manager of the IPO of the first company from the fast-moving consumer goods sector on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – DEVIN.

ELANA Trading was the lead manager of one of the most anticipated initial public offerings of the year – that of the engineering company ENEMONA.

ELANA Trading achieved the largest volume of placed bond and share issues for the year on the Bulgarian market, amounting to a total of BGN 570 million and BGN 90 million, respectively.
