What does it include
  • The program consists of long-term saving plans for the employees.
  • Saving plans are based on investing small monthly installments in a mutual fund, chosen based on each employee’s risk profile and personal preference.
  • The duration of these plans can be 3, 5 or 10 years.
  • Monthly installments can be as low as 50 BGN/EUR/USD depending on the chosen mutual fund.
  • Predicted yield is calculated at 3.5 to 10% annually, depending on the risk profile of each fund.
  • The employer can decide whether to pay the whole installment or share the cost with the employee.
  • Employees do not pay tax on any profits generated through their investment.

Employer bonuses
